Marc Jacobs never stop innovating and has just announced the launching of an online store that began to work this Tuesday. Using a tool that integrates illustrations, videos and motion graphics, the website tries to reproduce the mood of Marc’s stores. The main goal is to transport the user into the world of the brand.
* With a special section made by Marc himself and by Robert Duffy, the company’s president, the store will sell pieces from the lines Marc Jacob Collection and Marc by Marc Jacobs, not including the so wanted "special items" – key chains, pens, notebooks and shirts – which will be sold only on the New York and San Francisco stores. With prices that go from US$ 30(for a perfume) to US$ 8 000 (for a fur coat), there are products that will fit any kind of pocket.
* For now, the store only delivers on north-American territory, which is a pity, but and Brazil should be o the list by 2011. Great news!
