Kate Moss almost never gives interviews. Some people claim it’s because the model has nothing to say. Others say that it’s because whatever she has to say would be too shocking – just remember that one of her last public statements was "no food is as good as being thin."
* So when Kate speaks, everyone listens. And to promote a commercial starring her to Spanish retail chain Mango, Kate has made an exception.
* When questioned if she thinks of herself as an icon, the model rejected the idea. "No! Liz Taylor was an icon, I’m just a normal person." Any job she would like to have done? "Well, I’m not in the ‘Freedom’ video by George Michael. I lost this chance, that would have been incredible. "
* But she saved the best for last. Kate said that if she were to receive an award from the queen, she wouldn’t like to be a dame. "That’s for old people, I would rather be a baroness. I would be Lady Kate." She seems to have missed out on that fact that this title has just been taken by another Kate.
