There was a strong presence of Brazilian artists in the eighth edition of the Biennale Internazionale d ‘Arte Contemporanea di Firenze, which happened last week in Florence, Italy. The event had the presence of Rafael Costa, Paula Klien, Andrea Laybauer, Rafael Pinho, Zina Kossoy, Fernanda Calfat, Flavio de Zorzi, Vilson Palaro Jr. and Sergio Valle Duarte, in addition of the photographer Gustavo Zylbersztajn, one of the finalists, with the painting "Woman."

* On the participation, Gustavo said that "it was amazing to be able to enter the gate of the Fortezza da Basso, a castle built in 1530, and see the whole ritual of the opening ceremony with trumpets, trombones and bass drums." Can you picture the scene?
