Despite the controversies in which he’s been getting into recently, Giorgio Armani continues to be a very busy man. The designer, who turned 77 yesterday – 36 of them in charge of the Armani Group – will be responsible for the design and manufacture of the uniforms of the Italian athletes in the 2012 Olympics in London. Details about the new project still remain a mystery, but Armani has already scheduled a press conference for July 20 just to talk about it. And who knows, maybe he’ll talk about other things as well…
